Acceptance of terms
By using this website or engaging SearchXMedia for services, you agree to the terms outlined here. Specific engagements are additionally governed by a signed statement of work or services agreement, which takes precedence over this page.
Services
SearchXMedia provides search, performance marketing, web development, AI automation, branding, and content services as scoped in an individual services agreement. Scope, deliverables, timelines and fees for a specific engagement are defined in that agreement, not on this website.
Payment terms
Payment terms are set out in each client's services agreement or invoice. Late payment may result in paused work until accounts are current.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of deliverables (creative assets, code, content) transfers to the client on full payment. SearchXMedia retains the right to display completed work in its own portfolio and case studies unless a confidentiality agreement states otherwise.
Limitation of liability
SearchXMedia is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control (market conditions, platform algorithm changes, client-side implementation) and specific results are never guaranteed.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement per the notice period defined in the relevant services agreement. Work completed up to the termination date remains payable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. [Update with your registered jurisdiction before publishing.]
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
